Slight edge wear but not affecting or reaching the actual image.

An unusual item - a combination bookmark and Christmas Card. The inside bears a printed verse and the sender's name, plus, the following - HMCS Champlain, Halifax, N.S. No date shown. However the ship served in the Canadian Navy from 1928 to 1936. Front is embossed and pierced with a gilt letter 'R' [for the sender]. The front is also pieced. Size - 5.5 cm wide by 15.5 cm tall. Front, back and a printed slip fastened between. Slight soiling and wear. No major defects present.
