Photoplay edition of a popular novel. No movie photo in the book. The only photoplay illustration is on the front panel of the dustjacket. It features a scene from MGM's production starring Edward Arnold and Ann Holding. 309pp. Interior is very clean but all pages are evenly browning. Unmarked. Binding is very tight and square. Majority of purple cloth is bright and clean but with a small patch of discoloration to the lower quadrant of the front board. Unclipped dustjacket is reasonably clean but with wear to edges, edges of spine, tiny chips, etc. Weight, 410g.
