Photoplay edition of the celebrated Stevenson horror story. A Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer production starring Spencer Tracy with Ingrid Bergman and Lana Turner. No photo still in the book. Only motion picture tie is with the dustjacket wwhich features a photo of Spencer tracy as Jekyll with his alter-ego, Hyde, looming over his shoulder. Book is very clean inside, though pages are browning, as usual. binding is tight and square. Red cloth is very bright and clean. No wear to cloth. Dustjacket has some edge wear and short, margin tears but is still clean and quite bright except at spine where yeallow has faded to white. Scans available. Weight, 380g.
