Horse Racing program for the then newly built Race Track in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. It opened in December 1929 at a cost of $2.5 million. Then American owned and operated it attracted wealthy Southern Californians and ran the richest race in North America. The program has six leaves and details seven races. Light pencil notes mark the winners of the first four races. Small ads are present - all for businesses in San Diego just a short distnce away over the International Border.
