Undated - circa 1890s - appears to be pre-Boer War. 144 printed photographic views in b&w. Very Good quality images - quite sharp and clean - wide ranging through South Africa and of interesting subjects-views. Some minor soiling in the interior, but no marks or damage. Bindin firm but probably repaired. Orage cloth boards show very little wear but do exhibit bubbling-blistering. Cloth at spine show wear near head of spine. Gilt titles and decoration quite bright.
